It is more important than ever to raise awareness about mental health.
Sometimes, it's not always obvious when someone is struggling with their mental health and feeling 'blue'. Which is why we are asking you to dig out your favourite blue jumper, button up a blue shirt, pull on some blue socks and grab your lucky blue pants, and join us in making it blue for better mental health!
- Help us raise awareness and build a mentally healthy community across South Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
- You can make it blue anytime of year, but we are encouraging you to pick a day (or week) during May and October for Mental Health Awareness Week (15 to 21 May 2023) and World Mental Health Day (10th October 2023) and make it blue. Wear your favourite blue jumper, hold a blue bake sale or even have a blues karaoke party!
- Donate to SWWMind to support our vital services within your local community.
- Share your pics with us! Tag us in your photos @SWWMind and use the hashtag #MakeItBlue4SWWMind! You can download a social media assets from our website here:
- Start a conversation about 'Make it Blue' and the importance of looking after our mental health and wellbeing. By talking about mental health we can support ourselves and others.
