Story
Last year, we took part in Mental Health Week for the first time and the impact was incredible. Our activities brought customers and staff together, helping people build confidence, connect with others and challenge fears they’d carried for years. We watched individuals with anxiety step onto a stage, join group activities, and embrace a more positive mindset.
Seeing those transformations made it clear that this initiative matters. That’s why we’re continuing it this year, with a new challenge: a community hike. It represents progress, strength and the journey we all take toward better mental wellbeing.
Together, we’ll keep supporting one another, celebrating every step forward and creating a space where no one has to face their challenges alone.
