We are excited to announce some of our colleagues at M&S will be taking part in a 4 Peak Challenge on the 30th / 31st of August in support of Action Cancer, Northern Ireland's leading, local cancer charity.

The challenge involves climbing four peaks across the Island of Ireland: Slieve Donard, Lugnaquilla, Carrauntoohil, and Mweelrea over 48 hours to raise funds in aid of Action Cancer.

Action Cancer's mission is to save lives and support local people through cancer awareness, prevention, detection and support.

They provide the following services:

– Digital Breast Screening

– Skin Cancer Detection

– Support & Therapeutic Services

– M.O.T. Health Checks

– Health Promotion Programmes

M&S are proud to support the Therapeutic Support services to individuals and families across NI.

The services are free to any child or adult impacted by cancer at any time in the cancer journey. Services can be accessed from Action Cancer House in Belfast or regionally from 15 locations throughout Northern Ireland.

The Services can help deal with the physical and emotional impacts of cancer e.g. pain, restrictions, fatigue, sleeplessness, anxiety/fear and their Self Care section provides useful tools that can help you cope at home.

All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
