Grab your 4 legged friends and take on a running challenge for the RSPCA York Animal Home. The York Mar-WOOF-on is designed as a fun way for everyone to keep fit while raising some money for the RSPCA York, Harrogate and District Branch.

You don't have to be an expert runner, you don't need to do it all at once and you don't even need to run it. We want as many people to take part as possible, so if you're doing it on your own, with friends (furry or otherwise) sign-up today and take part.
