Lancashire Women are encouraging people to March into March, a challenge to walk 10,000 steps each day to keep active and improve mental health and wellbeing.
Covid 19 has been very challenging for a lot of people and Lancashire women are asking for people to step up not only with this fitness goal, your steps will mean were able to support even more women within the community.
So get on your trainers, comfy shoes and join us as we #MarchintoMarch to support women in Lancashire.
