Are you ready to go above and beyond for people living with cancer? Sign up to 100 Squats a Day and get involved in a fun and healthy challenge with Macmillan.
The challenge is to complete 100 squats a day over the 31 days of March. You can split the squats up however you like throughout the month, but it works out as a total of 3100 squats. At home or in the gym, daytime or night, get your squats in and challenge yourself for people living with cancer.
