I am a full-time Carer for my wife, who has been through a lot with mental health issues and physical disabilities. I Care for her, each and every day, doing everything I can to help and support her. It can be a struggle at times but cycling helps de-stress me and reduces my anxiety. Over the years I have used my enjoyment in cycling to raise money, I did this for many years up until the pandemic hit. I am now back to raise money for Sutton Carers Centre, who care for you as you care for others, a charity that have always been there for me.
