The first and foremost duty performed by the Messenger of Allah SallAllahu alayhi wasallam upon entering Madinah was to build a mosque.

We have taken a responsibility to build this Masjid in Surai Par, Boalia Bazar, Derai, Sunamgonj, Bangladesh .

Background

There are more than 400 families living within a massive village which also divided into four area (Farah). Currently two of the area has small masjid to accommodate around 50-70 musallies, leaving the entire community without a proper facility to establish and pray their FIVE DAILY Salah.

Our aim is to build a Masjid which gives at least 250 people to pray at one time and fulfill their obligation as Muslims. This Masjid will be the focal point of the community where the children can attend at the daily morning Maktab/Arabic class to learn the Quran and Islamic study.

A masjid is at the heart of any local Muslim community. It provides a place for its worshipers to pray and contemplate as well as being a hub for educational programmes and other everyday services. The role of the masjid is to help people learn more about Islam and to nurture their moral and spiritual development.

By building a masjid you will not only earn the reward of providing a community with a house of Allah, but your Sadaqah Jariyah will continue giving benefit for generations to come in sha Allah.

The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said "Whoever builds a Masjid for Allah, Allah will build him/her a house in Paradise." Bring Paradise closer by being part of this project!
