On Sunday 13th September Master Jessica Alexander is planning to abseil 100m down Portsmouth’s famous Spinnaker Tower with five other foolhardy souls - Andy Corbett, Graham Marley, Amanda Waring, David Woodward and Limun Wells - to raise money for the furniture’s industry’s one and only charity.

Together they hope to raise at least £5,000 for the Furniture Makers’ charity.

The abseilers taking the plunge with Jessica represent different companies from industry:
