Mind in Bexley is a local charity supporting individuals with Mental Health problems and their families. Our services include: Advocacy, Mentoring, Psychoeducation and wellbeing courses, Carers support, Welfare rights, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Counselling and research.

Our overall aim is to improve mental health in the Bexley borough and create a positive difference to the people that we work with.

We wanted to host a football match for the community to raise awareness around Mental Health as well as encouraging those who are struggling to speak out and seek support. We are very fortunate that Welling United football club have given us an opportunity to do this and our very grateful for the support they have given us.

Your money raised will go towards purchasing a minibus to be able to take our services around the borough and support individuals who wouldn't ordinarily access our services.

Our goal is to raise money but more importantly it is to raise awareness about the prevalence of mental health and to reassure individuals that no matter how bad things may get there is always support out there.
