Myself (Conor), owner of MaxFit Gym in Glengormley, along with my staff and around 35 members, will be taking part in the Centra Run Together 2024 at Ormeau Park on Sunday, 20th October. We’ll be running in both the 5K and 10K races.

All proceeds raised will go directly towards Action Cancer's Big Bus service, which provides free breast screening, skin cancer checks, and general health checks to communities across Northern Ireland. These services are crucial for early detection, especially since breast and skin cancer are two of Northern Ireland’s most common cancers—early detection truly saves lives.
