Meet Maya – a stunning calico princess with a warrior’s heart and a spirit that shines brighter than ever. Maya’s story began in heartbreak. She was found abandoned as a tiny kitten on the harsh streets of Bahrain, struggling to survive all alone. She was in a devastating state, fighting for her life and on the brink of losing her sight completely. Thanks to the love and dedication of her rescuer, Maya was nursed back to health. Though she sadly lost one eye, her zest for life never wavered — this brave girl is living proof that nothing can dim a true fighter’s light.

Despite her rough start, Maya is one of the sweetest, most affectionate cats you’ll ever meet. She absolutely adores human company and loves nothing more than curling up beside you for snuggles and gentle head rubs.

Maya is also wonderfully social with other cats and enjoys their companionship, making her a lovely addition to a multi-cat family. Her gentle and friendly nature means she gets on beautifully with children too — she’s ready to bring warmth and joy to any loving home.
