Dress for Success Greater London is a UK charity that supports women into the workplace, helping them to achieve economic independence. We provide unemployed and disempowered women with work-appropriate clothing, access to workplace development programmes, and ongoing support, so that they can build the future they deserve.

Dress for Success Greater London supports women from all walks of life, including survivors of domestic abuse, refugees, care leavers, NEET youth, ex-offenders, homeless and vulnerably housed women, those affected by substance misuse, and single parents.

Our work is truly transformative: we are proud to say that 80% of the women we serve find employment. But, against a backdrop of economic and labour marketplace change, our services are needed now more than ever.

We foster sustainable, long-term employment by providing career pathways for marginalised and minoritised women. Your donation will help us to deliver our core services and support us in the development of our digital-first career centre: an on-site space dedicated to giving women the tools and knowledge they need for the jobs of today – and for the jobs of tomorrow.
