We are pleased to announce the return of the annual Walter Bailey and Alex Green Memorial Football Matches, which take place in memory of former teacher of PE, Walter Bailey, and Alex Green OH (2014). Many Hamptonians have returned to Hampton over the years to support the event, be that as a player or spectator.

Hampton First XI and the Old Hamptonians First XI play for the Walter Bailey Cup in memory of much-loved former teacher and respected referee, Walter, who passed away in 2007.

Alex is well remembered at Hampton, particularly for his contribution to Hampton Football and as a Prefect. The annual fixture sees Hampton School Second XI take on the Old Hamptonians Second XI for the Alex Green Cup.

This year we are raising funds in aid of Neuroendocrine Cancer UK. The charity is one that is close to our hearts. They support patients and families, enabling access to the best care and treatment, while also raising awareness and stimulating research to help improve cancer outcomes in the future.
