Tackle the 10, Get the Gold!
On Saturday 21 February, join hundreds of Weston Hospicecare supporters for the Men's March – a scenic 10-mile charity walk that makes a difference in our community.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Weston coastline as you walk past Birnbeck Pier, through Weston Woods, and on to Sand Point, before making your way back to the Royal Hotel. Upon finishing, celebrate your achievement with a refreshing pint of Thatcher's cider and a delicious Parson's Bakery pasty while enjoying the Six Nations rugby with your fellow marchers.
Whether you walk solo or gather your dad, brother, son, or friends, you’ll be alongside fellow supporters, all united in raising vital funds for end-of-life care in our local community.
Why your support matters:
"The wonderful staff couldn't have done more. They were angels. Everyone is so kind, caring and understanding, I have never ever experienced such love and kindness from everyone."
It costs £6 million a year to run Weston Hospicecare – and with just 18% funded by the NHS, community support is absolutely vital.
While the participant entry fee covers event costs, it’s your sponsorship that directly helps local families. Just £100 raised could provide Four bereavement support sessions for a child, or Two vital assessments by a doctor for patients in our Inpatient Unit, and so much more. Imagine what we could achieve if every walker raised that much.
Together, we can make a meaningful difference in our community—thank you for your support!
