Can you help our Lancashire Mind elves raise funds so that people in Lancashire can access life changing mental health support they need?

Reduction in funding, an increase in demand for services and more people experiencing a mental health condition means individuals need your support more than ever. It is vital that we continue to raise funds and awareness to support people.

Our Lancashire Mind elves have chosen to run or walk 2k, 5k or 10k on Sunday 3rd December because they support the life changing work the team at Lancashire Mind do. Will you support our elves?

Every donation matters. Every donation makes a difference.

Could you donate £5?

This could enable Lancashire Mind to answer a call and/or email from a person in need of support? This could be providing signposting information to local or national services for someone concerned about a loved one or providing someone with information about how to access our services to gain the help they need.

Could you donate £30?

This could provide one person with 30 minutes of wellbeing coaching helping them to overcome barriers to achieving good mental health. This could be helping someone facing employment struggles back to the workplace or helping a young person with low self-esteem build their confidence and self-belief.

Could you help us raise £100?

This could provide a Happier Lancashire talk to a community group of up to 30 people in Lancashire helping them to learn simple ways to looking after their wellbeing. This could provide those people with the tools to look after their wellbeing now and in the future.
