Mental Health Awareness Week is an opportunity to talk to family and friends about mental health. We want as many people as possible to join in with our campaign to wear it blue and help spread the message that it's ok, not to be ok. When you fundraise for us, it will go towards supporting people in your local community with mental health issues.
