Since 1995 we have been helping the people of Teesside to take care of their mental health. We help over 15,000 local people every year and the demand is ever growing.

We couldn't continue to do what we do without our AMAZING fundraisers and the generosity of the people who donate.

On the 23th March 2024 our team of 12 were each going to be doing a tandem skydive in aid of our organisation. This challenge is not for the faint hearted as our fundraisers fall through the clouds from 15,000ft at up to 120mph! The weather intervened and the skydive date had to be rearranged. Some of our team have already completed their skydives, with 4 more to take on the challenge on 29th June.
