Twins Trust is the only UK-wide charity working to improve the lives of twins, triplets, and more & their families. We campaign to improve health outcomes; fund clinical research to reduce the risks faced at birth, and provide practical support & information to families, including those in crisis.

Story

Take on our brand new Mighty Multiples Mission this June - a fun, family-friendly challenge celebrating the strength, teamwork and everyday magic of life with multiples.

Walk, run, scoot or roll together and help Twins Trust support families through every stage of their multiples journey.

Introducing the Mighty Multiples Mission (take part anytime across 22–28 June)

Need inspiration? You could:

- Walk, run or scoot 1km, 2km or 3km

- Take part in a local junior parkrun

- Swim a few laps

- 5k or 10k run, triathlon or mud run (for our teenage multiples!)

A fun, flexible fundraising challenge just for families of multiples - because who better understands teamwork than you?

Together, we’re aiming to raise £10,000 to continue to support families through every stage of their multiples journey - from pregnancy right through to school years and beyond.

Every step helps Twins Trust support families like yours - through safer pregnancies and birth, sleepless nights, feeding challenges, early years chaos, and everything that comes after.

‘’We first reached out when our boys were born (they were 10 weeks premature). Twins Trust helped us figure out our feeding and sleeping routines; how to support both boys as individuals; and how important it is for multiples to have 1-on-1 time with each parent.

As one of our boys uses a wheelchair, we had a complex decision to make about their secondary schooling, and the process of finding (and getting places) in a school that suited their very different needs. Twins Trust were fantastic once again, referring us to one of their volunteers who had expertise in this type of question’’ Nicola, mum to 13 year old twins

This isn’t just a fundraiser. It’s a chance to move together, laugh together, and say: we get it.
