At Mind in Mid Herts, we know community connections make a powerful difference in mental wellbeing. Every day, our peer support groups, wellbeing workshops, and outreach services provide essential support, compassion, and hope across Hertfordshire.

Wear It Blue Day – Wednesday, 15th May 2025
Wear It Blue Day is your opportunity to visibly show your support for mental health, start important conversations, and raise crucial funds. Here's how you can easily take part:
3 Easy Steps to Get Involved:
Step 1: Choose Your Activity
Keep it simple: Organise a coffee morning, tea and talk, dress-in-blue day, or bake sale.
Get active: Host a sponsored walk, a wellbeing challenge, or even a sponsored silence.
Go social: Invite colleagues, friends, family, or community groups to join your event.
Step 2: Set Up Your Fundraising Page

Create your fundraising page linked directly to our campaign—it's quick and easy.
Share your story, fundraising target, and event details.
Step 3: Spread the Word
