At Mind in Mid Herts, we know community connections make a powerful difference in mental wellbeing. Every day, our peer support groups, wellbeing workshops, and outreach services provide essential support, compassion, and hope across Hertfordshire.
Mental health issues are rising, and more people than ever need our support. This Mental Health Awareness Week, join us in ensuring that no one is left behind by getting involved with our Wear It Blue fundraising activities!
Wear It Blue Day is your opportunity to visibly show your support for mental health, start important conversations, and raise crucial funds. Here's how you can easily take part:
Keep it simple: Organise a coffee morning, tea and talk, dress-in-blue day, or bake sale.
Get active: Host a sponsored walk, a wellbeing challenge, or even a sponsored silence.
