Mimi is known to seek challenges. She is facing her great terror of heights and undertaking a skydive to raise money forSouth Bucks Hospice.
Mimi said, ”I am facing my long-held fears in a bid to bring attention to the brilliant work carried out by South Bucks Hospice and inspire others to contribute to the charity’s work. I don’t yet know how I will manage my terror, but knowing that the funds raised will go to help the lovely patients of South Bucks Hospice will help.
Following a recent visit to South Bucks Hospice Mimi said, “You are literally all the most wonderful wonderful people in the world! What you do for people who come to you in distress with their sometimes life-threatening and/or life-limiting conditions is wonderful. You have love, compassion and so much care that I adore all of you!
Mimi, who always looks fabulous, frequently wears clothes from our local retail outlets for business and formal occasions. We are looking forward to finding a suitable outfit for this occasion! Clothing donations are welcome.
Please support Mimi as she prepares to take on this huge personal challenge, and we will keep you updated on her preparations.
The jump is scheduled for September 28th. Mimi has chosen South Bucks Hospice as one of her charities to support during her year as Chairman of Bucks Council.
