The Mindful May Challenge is a chance to improve your mental health whilst also raising vital funds for Hertfordshire Mind Network! You'll receive a calendar with 31 mindful challenges for you to complete in May - from expressing gratitude to doing Mindful miles! You'll learn new mindfulness techniques whilst also raising funds to help people struggling with their mental health.
Hertfordshire Mind Network provide a number of free services for people who are facing mental health problems, with 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health difficulty each year.
Herts Mind Network are committed to working with the community to challenge stigma and discrimination associated with mental health, the delivery of inclusive services are accessible to everyone who needs them, ensuring no one has to face a mental health issue alone.
