NSW Health Report August 2021 "It's estimated that around one in seven Australian kids experience mental health issues and about 50% of mental health issues in adulthood begin before the age of 14." With an increasing demand for early intervention childrens mental health services, we need your help.

Be Centre Foundation assists children aged 3-12 with emotional, behavioural, psychological and social issues using play therapy. We are dedicated to early intervention, stopping cycles of harm and helping children heal from difficulties and trauma, from anxiety, bulling through to separation, grief and domestic violence. We help children and families with tools and healing so that they can thrive.

Play therapy enables children to work through emotions and traumatic experiences in a safe space that's centred on them feeling a sense of acceptance, encouragement and freedom. All funds raised during the campaign will support Be Centre to continue their powerful work of healing the most vulnerable children.

How donations can support:

$15 provides kids materials for 3 x Play Therapy sessions

$40 provides a Need to play - Therapeutic Play Bag for kids impacted by recent flooding

$180 provides funds for a one-on-one play therapy for an at-risk child

$1,250 provides a 6-week scholarship for one-on-one play therapy sessions

$2,500 provides 1 child with a full 12-week scholarship to our flagship 'Hear Me Play' Therapy program
