This May Mires Beck celebrates it's 30th anniversary as a charity and we reflect on what we have achieved over the last 30 years and the countless lives we've supported and continue to support daily.

Mires Beck is a hidden gem nestled in the heart North Cave in East Yorkshire serves as more than just 14 acre site. It's a place of growth, both literally and metaphorically.

Through our social therapeutic horticulture programs, we provide a nurturing environment where individuals with varying disabilities and needs can be supported by our 70+ dedicated staff and volunteers.

Service Users not only learn valuable horticultural skills but also develop crucial life skills, boost their self-esteem, and forge meaningful connections and long lasting friendships with others.

Every plant we grow at Mires Beck represents a story of growth. Our service users find purpose and fulfilment in everything we do at Mires Beck. But our impact goes beyond our 14 acre site, it reverberates throughout our community, fostering inclusivity, understanding, and compassion.
