Getting Mission Motorsport back on track!

Organised by Mission Motorsport

Helping the Armed Forces motorsport charity in delivering its unique programme of adaptive sports events this Summer

Mission Motorsport, The Forces' Motorsport Charity was founded in 2012 to aid in the recovery and rehabilitation of those affected by Military Operations by providing opportunities through Motorsport and the automotive industry, using motorsport as a tool to support those harder to reach.

Story

Following on from the unusual line that the wonderful Steve Binns took in our flagship Subaru on track last weekend, resulting in his pride and its metal being bent out of shape, so many people have contacted us asking how they can help get us back on track. Literally.

Mission Motorsport exists as a charity to support Armed Forces service leavers and veterans, many of whom have suffered life changing injuries or mental health crisis, by opening up the floodgates to a wide range of support through innovative motorsport inclusion.

This Subaru was specially adapted with hand controls to ensure that people like Steve are able to compete on a level playing field in motorsports, as well as providing opportunities for a wider race team of beneficiaries to retrain in the automotive industry both at our workshop and at events across the country. We have a whole summer of planned activities with this special car, and would love your help in supporting more to people to race, retrain and ultimately recover!
