Can you imagine your life without your mobile phone? What would you do without it? For some people this is reality as they do not have the funds with which to purchase or run even the most basic model. They are unable to contact anyone for help, they can’t book any appointments with support services like SMART, they can’t contact the council for help with finding somewhere to stay, and they can’t tell friends and family that they’re safe. (That is if they are)
