Story

Montpelier PTFA Charity Fund

Voluntary contributions from parents and carers to the PTFA Charity Fund will help accommodate increased costs, budgetary pressures, and our goals to deliver outstanding educational programs for all our pupils. Since COVID, parental contribution and participation have been reduced. Many parents are working full-time and may not have the time to volunteer. This Fund will help us reach our main fundraising goals earlier. This allows the main events (IFF, Winter Party, Quiz, and Summer Fete) to continue and to pay for additional resources.

How does the School Benefit?

For over 40 years, Montpelier Primary School has been privileged to have an extremely generous community of parents and carers who have invested in the school. This financial support has helped the school to provide an excellent and stimulating learning environment with a diverse community.

How can Parents Contribute?

All families with children at our school are invited to contribute to the PTFA Charity Fund. This may be as a one-off payment or a regular (monthly/quarterly/annual) contribution. We ask that qualifying UK taxpayers choosing to donate to the PTFA Charity Fund also complete a Gift Aid form which will add 25% to the value of your donation – at no extra cost to you.

You can contribute to the PTFA Charity Fund in one of the following ways:

-By JustGiving.

-In the form of a cheque payable to ‘Montpelier Primary School PTFA’. Please email for details at: montpelierptfa@gmail.com.

-As a cash donation (handed to a member of the admin team at the main entrance).

If you are a UK Taxpayer, we encourage you to complete a Gift Aid form (attached) and return it to the school office so that the school can claim an additional 25% on your donation.
