Story

Walk in memory of your loved one

Join together at Clevedon Pier for a special evening to remember your loved one.

Join us for an uplifting evening in the beautiful surroundings of Clevedon Pier, while supporting local families with every step:

Louis was born with a rare genetic condition which meant just days after being born he was introduced to Charlton Farm. Tragically, Louis died when he was just 12 days old.

Staying at the hospice we were able to have those special moments where we just held him, told him we loved him and were able to stay close to him. The amazing support of the staff allowed us to try and process what had happened. Charlton Farm provided us with a safe space. A haven to grieve.

We ask each person who takes part in Moonlight Memory Walk Clevedon to pledge to raise £50:

🌙 £50 could contribute towards a supported hydrotherapy session helping to relax sore and tired bodies and muscles

🌙 £70 could pay for an hour of care for a family at one of our 3 hospices

🌙 £120 could pay for a day of specialised sibling support for a bereaved brother or sister
