Organised by Martin House Hospice for Children and Young PeopleIn Arrow's first virtual challenge for Martin House Children's Hospice, they will be challenging colleagues to climb Mount Everest. In teams or as individuals, this is certainly no mean feat!

Visit the charity's profileMount Everest is 29,029 ft high or 8,848 metres. To reach the virtual summit, based on 15 steps in a flight of stairs, that's 3,871 times up!
Each participant has 12 weeks to complete the challenge. So if you choose to take the stairs, that's 322 flights per week, or 46 flights per day per person.
Participants can either take part as an individual, or create a team of however many you like. But there are no short cuts, if there are 10 in a Team that means you have to summit 10 times, but you can divide the total number of flights climbed or elevation between you. You must achieve that total as a Team.
Finally, this challenge is all about the climb, and has to be completed on foot - no cycling allowed!
