Mental health and physical health go hand. Now that spring is upon is, its a great time to pick back up on those fitness goals or challenge yourself to try something new.
Doing a little bit of exercise or completing a mindful activity such as gardening, has a positive impact on your mental health.
Which is why this March we challenge you to move your body or complete a mindful activity for 30 minutes every day.
This challenge is suitable for everyone of all ages and abilities. You can choose to do this as a solo or team challenge. You don’t have to do the same activity every day, you can mix it up and focus on a different activity to boost your wellbeing each day.
By signing up to take part in this challenge, you are helping us to raise awareness for mental health and funds for Birmingham Mind. Your amazing support will help us with ensuring Better Mental Health for All.
