A core value at Beaumond House is to go the extra mile and every day the care team at your local hospice do just that. Going the extra mile or Moving Mountains to ensure every patient receives personalised care, when every moment matters, is central to what your local hospice does.

In March, the Hospice at Home team are asking you to help them to move mountains so that every person who needs it can receive the care they offer free of charge. The Hospice at Home team cares for an average of 45 patients a month delivering around 370 hours of care in patients homes. It will cost around £7,900** to deliver this service in March.

It is our goal to provide the very best care to everyone who wants our support in their own home. Every day we are faced with challenges such as traffic, working alone, late night finishes and limitations within a patients own home. However, because the teams at Beaumond House are completely dedicated to going the extra mile there is virtually nothing that will stop us getting to and supporting every patient that needs us.

**Beaumond House receives £510,000 towards the cost of delivering our in-patient, wellbeing and hospice at home services which means that we need to raise over £1,000,000 to ensure we can continue to offer these services.
