Music MOB (Music Matters in Oswestry and the Borderlands) is hoping to begin providing musical instruments and instrument lessons in some of our local primary schools from this September.

Originally, we had planned to begin providing lessons in September last year, but the pandemic made that impossible. Due to having to cancel our planned concerts and other fundraising events, we are asking people to make whatever donations they can, so that we can continue to push forward with plans to start this September.

Many children are not in a position where their parents and guardians can afford to give pay for instrument lessons, and we are passionate about giving as many children as possible the equal opportunity to learn an instrument and to receive the enormous benefits that learning to play music and playing together provides.
