The Warrington and Halton Cardiac Therapy Service provides integrated cardiac rehabilitation and community heart failure support, working closely with hospital and community teams to deliver seamless care.

Our aim is to provide high quality, patient centred care for people recovering from heart attacks, heart surgery and other cardiac conditions, as well as those living with heart failure.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help us make a meaningful difference to the lives of our patients.
