We are asking supporters to get up and get moving in July and raise vital funds for Irish Hospice Foundation. Its completely up to you how you reach your 100km you can run, jog or walk and we hope you have some fun along the way!

Every KM counts and all of the funds raised will support two vital services

Nurses for Night Care - This is a national service supporting people to spend their final days at home whilst receiving professional palliative nursing care.

IHF Bereavement Support Line - Our Bereavement Support Line is there to provide connection, comfort and support in these exceptional times.
