I am Nick Holland and I own Complete Communications, a small business in Staffordshire dedicated to helping organisations manage their mobile contracts.

At a recent BNI meeting, I was introduced to the incredible work of a local charity. Savana supports anyone affected by sexual violence and abuse from the age of 4 in North Staffordshire. They provide emotional and practical support as well as undertaking prevention work to help create a world free from sexual violence. Hearing about how they break the silence around sexual violence and change lives, I knew that I had to do something to support them.

My Ironman challenge in Copenhagen will see me do an open water swim of 2.4 miles, a 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run all in the same event. It is going to be a hugely mentally and physically demanding challenge.

I have been training hard and as I push myself to my limits, I would be grateful if you could donate to this incredible charity to show your support for the both of us.

With deep roots in Newcastle Under Lyme, I am not only a devoted husband and dad to George, Poppy and Sebastian but also the Chairman of Stone Dominos Football Club, this fuels my passion for sport and community building.
