Help us make sure no child gets forgotten this Christmas, whoever they are.
The UK's disabled and disadvantaged children have been more severely affected than most by the pandemic, yet their needs are often overlooked. At a time when they've been getting the least support, many have seen their physical and mental health go downhill.
With your support, Variety is able to step in and help them enjoy a happy festive season and look forward to a brighter future.
Your donation this Christmas could help Variety provide children with presents, wheelchairs, specialist equipment and much-needed days out.
Take six-year-old Stanley, whose neuromuscular condition means he gets tired easily and can only walk for short distances. Variety was able to fund a compact powered wheelchair for him. The chair is available in many colours, but Stanley insisted on bright yellow.
Since his wheelchair arrived, Stanley is exploring the world in new ways. He can dance and chase his friends, but perhaps the most personal benefit of getting his chair is that he can now hold hands with whoever he chooses instead of having to be pushed.
Now the whole family can take trips out to places they previously couldn't and Stanley has the freedom to explore and try new things like wheelchair football.
Stanley's dad Matt told us: "We can't thank Variety enough for providing a life-changing piece of equipment and for giving us our fun-loving Stan back!"
Stanley said: "I like my yellow chair! I can catch my brother Henry now!"
Please stand with us this Christmas and help us make sure no child is forgotten.
