Children living in poverty across the North-East of Scotland are avoiding school on a daily basis for fear of being bullied over their worn-out uniform, shoes, shortage of school supplies or lack of basic hygiene products.

This results in a significant effect on their ability to engage and learn. They feel desperate to fit in, take part and achieve but without the basic essentials, they simply dont feel able to.

We MUST change this. We want every child to feel ready for the day ahead so that they can learn and thrive. We want children to take part, to make friends and for their self-esteem and confidence to soar.

£75 can ensure we provide a child with a full School Uniform. From polo shirts and trousers to shoes and underwear.

£25 can provide a child with a new schoolbag to not only hold all their supplies for a successful day of learning, but also gift them with something to reflect their sense of style - because this school bag serves more than just a pack for carrying things - it has evolved to form a students identity and individuality.

£25 provides hygiene packs for children and teenagers filled with body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant etc. ensuring every child we support can go to school feeling clean and confident.

£20 can buy a full P.E Kit giving children access to physical exercise, helping ease anxiety, tension and stress which will furthermore improve a child's attention and behaviour whilst in the classroom.
