If you are after a fun fitness challenge in the picturesque setting of an historic Norfolk Market town, then this one's for you. Each year, 3000 runners gather in King's Lynn to take part in this fun and friendly event. The course is flat and suitable for all, making the event enormously popular.

We really do appreciate our supporters taking on challenges like this and the funds you raise will help us to ensure that anyone in Norfolk and Waveney experiencing poor mental health gets support and respect, especially at this time when people may be needing our help more than ever.

Services that rely on fundraising from the generosity of our supporters include our suicide bereavement and prevention support services. Fundraising also pays for our gardening for wellbeing projects as well as our music groups and social drop-ins for people who may be struggling with social isolation. It also helps us to develop new services in line with the needs of the people living in Norfolk and Waveney.
