In October 2025, we are delighted to be offering an international trip for around 100 Beavers, Cubs & Scouts of the 5th Saffron Walden Scout Group. The adventure will take them to Ypres in Belgium, where they will meet Belgian and French scouts and learn about the facinating history of the region. There will be focus on Belgian culture, adventure, fun and reflection through an element of the Paschendale battle which took place a stone's throw from our accommodation.

As always, money should not be a barrier to attending Scouting activities, hence we hope to reduce general costs and provide some full funded places on the trip for struggling familes through this fundrasing campaign.
