Northeast Family YMCA 2023 Annual Campaign

Story
Through the dedication of our staff and the support of our members, donors, volunteers, and program participants, this year has been an incredible year of impact for the YMCA of Greater Louisville. To continue this trend of success, we need the support of people as eager as we are to help everyone in our community grow healthy in spirit, mind, and body. Below are just a few of our most impactful programs over the past year:
- More than 49 cancer survivors participated in LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program
- 337 students participated in the YMCA Black Achievers program
- 465 kids learned life-saving skills in Safety Around Water
- YMCA Safe Place Shelter House and the Youth Development Center served a combined 508 youth in crisis and homeless young adults
- Chestnut Street YMCA Men's Supportive Housing Program continues to provide permanent housing for 54 individuals
- 597 teens participated in the Love Notes program
- Over 4,000 families and individuals received YMCA memberships through our financial assistance programs
Working together, we focus on empowering young people, improving health and well-being, and inspiring action in and across communities.
