We are organising a Benefice run for Ride + Stride 2023 to raise funds for the Gloucestershire Historic Churches Trust and contribute to their support for the repair, renovation and maintenance of the ancient and beautiful churches of all denominations across the county.

We have put together circular routes that take in all 8 of the Northleach Benefice's churches that supporters can follow by car (22miles) or by foot, bike or horse along the Benefice's many beautiful, rural footpaths and bridleways, but of course you are free to visit as many or as few of the churches as you like!

Families might enjoy simple "there and backs" like Turkdean<=>Cold Aston or Hazleton<=>Notgrove, while others might try the full circular 8-church routes. Start and finish wherever you like, however you like. Refreshments will be available at all 8 of the Benefice's churches where supporters can also "sign in" along the way.

Run, walk, cycle, jog, hop, ride or drive around the Cotswolds as you prefer to raise some funds to repair our local heritage with a nice day in the countryside...There is also the North Cotswold Steam & Vintage Show taking place at Notgrove on the same day, so combine a walk or cycle with a Steam Engine or two!
