Open Door is a charity dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people aged 12-24 in Haringey through specialist therapeutic support.

Story

Open Door Young People’s service specialises in the mental health and emotional wellbeing of adolescents and young adults aged 12-24, providing easy access to a range of free evidence-based therapies delivered by an experienced team of therapists. We believe in the potential of young people and are committed to transforming young lives through better mental health.

This year, we are aiming to raise funds to improve our clinic rooms, both in Crouch End and Tottenham. We believe that creating a welcoming and supportive environment is what vulnerable young people deserve. With your support, we can begin refreshing our therapy rooms with crucial renovations including bright paints and comfortable chairs, rugs and artwork.

We will be walking 12km across Haringey together as a service, celebrating the borough whose young people we support. We will begin at the Trampery, where we see young people in Tottenham, and finish by our Crouch End base, on Middle Lane.

We thank you for supporting us to take these steps forward to improve our service. Your generosity will have a direct impact on the service we offer, and allow us to create spaces that bring to life our belief in positive outcomes for young people's mental health. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to this important cause!
