Story
From Fire & Ice to the Jurassic Coast
Earlier this year, long-standing School Of Hard Knocks (SOHK) supporter Oliver Kemmis completed the extraordinary 250km Fire + Ice Ultra in Iceland, helping to raise over £20,000 for SOHK.
That support is already helping us change transform the lives of young people facing hardship and deprivation — and we are hugely grateful to everyone who donated, shared, and followed the journey.
In May 2026, Oliver will take on his next brave challenge: the 100km Jurassic Coast Ultra. While this event isn’t just a sponsorship fundraiser, it’s another chance to shine a light on the vital work SOHK does with young people facing real adversity. And we are extremely grateful that Oliver has chosen to put SOHK once again in the spotlight.
Through sport, mentoring, and community, we help young people rebuild confidence, resilience, and belief in themselves.
