Over the past 10 years, Open Hands has received over 100,000 visits, and has helped to meet the needs of thousands of people in Leicester! Up until October 2021 we were privileged to run our services out of a small car garage, but as we've expanded we outgrew this space, and it was time for something new...

Enter our new Compassion Centre! When we received the keys it was a blank canvas - providing the perfect opportunity to purpose build spaces that cater for the growing demands of our services. A mezzanine floor was installed to double the usable space, and from here a food bank, kitchen, furniture warehouse, training and meeting rooms were created. These new facilities will allow Open Hands to provide the very best care we can to our guests, helping them to move forward in life.
