Organised by SpotlightUK'Operation Safe Space' is a project currently being run by Spotlight UK. Spotlight UK helps disadvantaged and vulnerable families, and what better way to make a child smile than giving them a bedroom makeover and a safe space to call their own.
For many reasons, not every child is fortunate enough to have a bedroom they are proud of. Here at Spotlight, we would like to offer up to 20 children the opportunity to help choose the decor for their very own 'safe space'. A place where they can just be a child and take pride in their own environment.
All referrals have been identified and referred to by Children's Services
As a minimum every child will have:
A clean, usable bed
New bedding
New Curtains
Freshly Painted walls
Adequate flooring
Home decor items to fit with the theme of the room.
