Please give whatever you can to OTB

We know that things are tough for us all at the moment as a result of the Covid-19 crisis. For Outside the Box (OTB) and our members (young people and adults with learning disabilities) the closure of the café and other OTB services is particularly difficult. We are working hard to continue to support them as well as to deal with the longer-term challenges for our charity.

Our new OTB Connections Service is helping people with learning disabilities to stay connected, supported and stimulated during the time they need to remain at home. Keeping up members spirits, learning and social links, we are providing a rich mix of activities and support including virtual group sessions, activity packs, creative projects, online workshops, 1-2-1 support at home and lots more.

Uncertain times are facing us in the months ahead and we dont know yet when OTB will be able to fully reopen. We are determined to bring OTB back as a thriving community café and leading source of support for members. However, in the absence of any customer income we need all the help we can get to achieve this. That is why we are asking for your help. Donations of any size, lockdown fundraising activities or other offers of support are greatly appreciated!

Dont forget if you are UK taxpayer to tick the Gift Aid box...this means that for example a donation of £50 will be worth £62.50 to OTB at no extra cost to you.
