SeaChange Arts is a registered charity. We work tirelessly throughout the year to secure funding to bring more cultural opportunities to the people of Great Yarmouth.

We are committed to bringing dynamic, exciting opportunities for people to work alongside the best local, national and international artists and to make as much great art accessible to as many people as possible.

The Out There Festival has rapidly become one of the largest circus and outdoor arts festivals in the country, renowned for its diverse and imaginative programme and best yet, almost all of the shows are free. We need to develop alternate income streams for the festival to ensure that it remains that way and continues to thrive beyond the COVID-19 crisis.
