As part of OVAID's core function, each year we fulfil requests for the essential medicines and equipment that the orangutan vet teams need urgently and cannot source from their limited budgets or which are not available to them. This includes invaluable medicines like pain relief and antibiotics needed to keep the orangutan healthy and comfortable.

In the last 10 years, we have donated over £400,000 of equipment, medicines and training ranging from simple intravenous drip sets to complete x-ray systems and we will be making donations to more than 10 orangutan/wildlife charities across Indonesia & Malaysia this July.

The orangutan rescue & rehabilitation Veterinary Teams' extensive Wish Lists are now in! Now, to do what we do best and fulfil these vital medical requests, we need your incredible help.
