Together in Memory, Together for Prevention

At Ovenden Group, family and community are at the heart of everything we do. Following the heart-breaking loss of our cousin to suicide, an experience that has deeply affected our family and our wider business community, we wanted to channel our grief into something positive; helping create a future where more people feel able to talk, ask for help and support one another.

That is why we have chosen to partner with SOS Silence of Suicide, whose mission to break the stigma around mental health and suicide prevention resonates deeply with us. Through this partnership, we hope to raise both awareness and vital funds to support SOS' work: creating safe spaces for conversations, providing support, and helping individuals, families and communities affected by suicide.

This fundraising page will be the home of our journey together through a range of awareness and fundraising activities. We invite colleagues, customers, suppliers, partners, and friends of Ovenden Group to join us in supporting this important cause. From team challenges, sporting events to workplace initiatives, 'Purpleise to Prevent' activities and opportunities to learn more about mental wellbeing and suicide prevention, let's come together in helping create a community that supports open conversations in safe, non-judgemental spaces.
