Can you help us to provide football kit for 750 girls that are out of school over the next 3 years?

The School Club Zambia is fundraising for donations to purchase the necessary equipment, that will allow girls that are currently out of school to participate fully in our new 'Own your Destiny' Girls Football League. This project which is funded by Comic Relief and the Scottish Government, is using a holistic approach based on over 6 years of our direct experience of helping girls to return to school in rural Zambia. We are providing literacy and numeracy lessons, alongside entrepreneurship training, start-up business loans and sexual reproductive health education through football.

A huge thank you to Kit Aid who has already donated shirts and shorts to this years' team of 250 girls as well as everyone that donated on our first campaign that raised £1,300! We still need to raise £8,500 to fully cover the costs of purchasing enough socks, shin pads, boots and sports bras for each girl which will greatly aid their ability to take part fully in the project.
